What is Custom Gift Registry
Custom Gift Registry is a web application that allows you to create
gift registries for any occasion, such as birthdays, Christmas, Weddings,
or National People Have to Buy Me Stuff Day.
How is it Different than other gift registries?
Other gift registries are merely links to other vendors websites. I wanted
something that allowed me to create gift registries one in place that I can
send out to my friends. Links can be made to vendors/stores for the actual purchase
of gifts, but have the flexibility to link to multiple vendors/stores
instead of just one.
Who is Praxis SmartCard Systems?
Praxis SmartCard Systems is a company based on the idea that smartcard
technology can be used to make people’s lives easier. Using smartcard
technology based on Sun Microsystems’ JavaCard framework, we wish to be
bring applications to consumers for everyday use. The Custom Gift Registry is
something I felt like doing.
